01البيانات التي يخزّنها التطبيق ومكان تخزينها
كل البيانات التي يُدخلها المستخدم — أسماء العملاء والموردين، الفواتير، المخزون، الأسعار، الحسابات والصندوق، وبيانات تسجيل دخول الموظفين — تُخزَّن محليًا فقط داخل قاعدة بيانات على جهاز المستخدم (هاتفه أو حاسوبه). لا تُرسَل هذه البيانات تلقائيًا إلى أي خادم إنترنت.

02النسخ الاحتياطي عبر Google Drive (ميزة اختيارية)
يوفّر التطبيق ميزة اختيارية لأخذ نسخة احتياطية من قاعدة بياناتك المحلية ورفعها إلى حساب Google Drive الخاص بك أنت (وليس إلى أي خادم نملكه). تعمل هذه الميزة فقط إذا اخترت تفعيلها بنفسك وسجّلت دخولك بحساب Google.
- يستخدم التطبيق صلاحية Google محدودة جدًا تُسمى drive.file، والتي تسمح للتطبيق بالوصول فقط للملفات التي أنشأها هو نفسه داخل مجلد نسخ احتياطي خاص به — ولا يمكنه رؤية أو الوصول لأي ملف آخر في حساب Google Drive الخاص بك.
- النسخة الاحتياطية تبقى ملكًا لك بالكامل، مخزّنة في حسابك أنت. نحن (فريق التطبيق) لا نملك وصولًا إليها ولا نستطيع رؤية محتواها.
- يمكنك إلغاء تفعيل هذه الميزة أو تسجيل الخروج من حساب Google في أي وقت من داخل إعدادات التطبيق.
03أذونات الجهاز التي يطلبها التطبيق

04ما لا يفعله هذا التطبيق
- لا يعرض أي إعلانات.
- لا يستخدم أي أدوات تحليل سلوك المستخدم أو تتبع (Analytics/Tracking SDKs).
- لا يبيع بياناتك أو يشاركها مع شركات إعلانية أو أي طرف ثالث.
- لا يجمع موقعك الجغرافي.
- لا يُنشئ ملفًا تعريفيًا إعلانيًا (Advertising Profile) عنك.
05حذف البيانات
بما أن جميع بياناتك محفوظة محليًا على جهازك، فإن حذف التطبيق من جهازك يحذف تلقائيًا كل بياناته المحلية. إن كنت قد استخدمت ميزة النسخ الاحتياطي على Google Drive، تبقى النسخة محفوظة في حسابك حتى تحذفها أنت بنفسك من داخل تطبيق أو موقع Google Drive.
06خصوصية الأطفال
هذا التطبيق مخصص لإدارة أعمال الصيدليات التجارية، وغير موجّه للأطفال، ولا نجمع عن قصد أي بيانات من أشخاص دون سن 13 عامًا.
07تغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر لتعكس أي تغييرات فعلية في وظائف التطبيق. سيظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث دائمًا أعلى هذه الصفحة.

Quick summary: this app is designed to run entirely locally on your device. We do not operate any server that receives your business data, we do not sell or share it with any third party, and the app contains no ads or tracking tools.
01Data the app stores, and where
All data entered by the user — customer and supplier records, invoices, inventory, prices, accounts and cash records, and staff login credentials — is stored locally only, in a database on the user's own device. This data is not automatically transmitted to any internet server.

02Google Drive backup (optional feature)
The app offers an optional feature to back up your local database to your own Google Drive account (not to any server we operate). This only runs if you choose to enable it and sign in with your own Google account.
- The app uses a narrow Google permission scope called drive.file, which only lets the app access files it created itself inside its own dedicated backup folder — it cannot see or access any other file in your Google Drive account.
- The backup remains entirely your property, stored in your own account. We (the app team) have no access to it and cannot view its contents.
- You can disable this feature or sign out of your Google account at any time from within the app's settings.
03Device permissions requested

04What this app does not do

05Data deletion
Since all your data is stored locally on your device, uninstalling the app automatically deletes all of its local data. If you used the optional Google Drive backup feature, that backup remains in your own account until you delete it yourself from Google Drive.
06Children's privacy
This app is designed for managing pharmacy business operations and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13 years old.
07Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect actual changes in the app's functionality. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest revision.
